Abstract.

The model of actions of the population at accident on chemical dangerous object taking into account the level of knowledge of people is presented. The model allows to determine the rational frequency of mailing of the messages realized by means of services of cellular communication and to estimate an informing contribution to realization of protective measures. Results of modeling will be the basis for recommendations about informing various categories of the population in the conditions of emergency situations.
