Abstract.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly deciding to implement or replace information systems in response to new challenges and opportunities in the digital environment. However, the implementation of ERP systems for SMEs is associated with significant resource constraints: financial, human, and managerial. Therefore, the goal of this research is to identify key factors and develop strategies for successful ERP implementation under the limited resources of SMEs. The research methodology is based on an analysis of Russian and international sources on this topic. The article thoroughly examines the strengths and weaknesses of SMEs, as well as the risks and opportunities associated with domestic ERP systems on the 1C:Enterprise platform. The identified factors are used to develop management strategies for implementation based on a SWOT analysis.
