Abstract.
This article raises the problems of traditional diagnostics of relay protection and automation terminals, describes the process of developing a methodology for complex diagnostics of software for relay protection and automation terminals as a single system of interconnected modules. The principles of building a new diagnostic structure that takes into account the relationship between the modules are disclosed. An experimental verification of the proposed methodology has been carried out. The results obtained can be used to develop diagnostic tools for terminals and RPA modules.
